Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Floating Assistant Community Manager to support two tax credit apartment communities, Parc Fairview and Washington Square. You will float between sites, handle leasing, resident services, and day-to-day operations across both properties.

The role requires at least 3 years of LIHTC experience, multifamily property management skills, and strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of tax credit/LIHTC experience.
• Experience in multifamily property management.
• Assistant Community Manager or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance and tax credit requirements.
• Excellent organization, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations at both apartment communities.
• Assist with leasing, applications, renewals, move-ins and resident retention.
• Support occupancy, collections and revenue goals.
• Process resident accounts and financial transactions.
• Assist with tax credit compliance and affordable housing requirements.
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
• Conduct property inspections and assist with reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns.
• Support marketing and resident retention initiatives.
• Help ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
