Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador of the Bank, greet customers and promote cross-sell of products and services.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve account problems in a timely manner; provide general banking information in writing and verbally.
• Coach subordinates on product knowledge and refer customers to specialists to meet goals.
• Direct, coordinate and monitor activities to implement Bank policies and procedures concerning customer service and account openings.
• Compile and report financial data as required by the Bank and government regulations; supervise branch operations and teller duties as needed.
