Job summary

My Little Team Texas in South San Antonio is seeking a Floater Teacher to join our caring early childhood education team. You will support lead teachers, assist with daily routines, and help create a warm, engaging learning environment for young children.

You’ll supervise activities, help with transitions, and build positive relationships with children and families while maintaining a safe, clean classroom. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

  • No prior teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do as a Floater Teacher

As a Floater Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our classrooms run smoothly and our children receive the care and attention they deserve. Your flexibility and enthusiasm will allow you to step into various classrooms, assist with daily routines, and support lead teachers in creating a fun and engaging learning environment. Every day will bring new opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.

Key responsibilities include:
