The Learning Experience - Avon, CT is seeking a Floater Teacher to provide flexible classroom support across multiple age groups. The role requires adaptability, positive energy, and a passion for early childhood education to maintain a safe, educational, and caring environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support lead and assistant teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Assist with meals, snacks, nap time, and daily routines.
• Communicate professionally with children, families, and staff.
• Follow all licensing, health, and safety requirements.
• Step into different classrooms as needed to maintain appropriate staffing ratios.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday

The Floater Teacher helps maintain a safe, educational, and caring environment while ensuring smooth daily operations.

We are currently looking for both Full Time and Part Time Floaters.
