Job summary

LAZ Parking in St. Louis airport is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the facilities and operations of our airport location.

You will report to the Facilities Operations Manager and support frontline staff while ensuring safe transportation and efficient service to passengers and employees. You will perform daily shift logs, incident reports, schedule coverage, respond to equipment concerns, coach team members, enforce uniform and safety policies, and coordinate facility projects.

Qualifications

  • Some college preferred.
  • Minimum of one year supervisory/management experience at the next lower level is preferred.
  • Proven organizational skills; ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Strong communication and teambuilding capabilities.
  • Ability to apply policies and procedures effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily shift logs, end of day shift reports, and provide relevant reports to team members as instructed.
  • Ensure Cashier reports are completed adequately.
  • Check schedule for call-offs and make any changes to provide proper coverage.
  • Respond to equipment concerns.
  • Oversee operations at Lots A–E and terminals.
  • Identify and report any safety concerns immediately.
  • Assist with facility projects (maintenance, safety, aesthetic, etc.).
  • Answer procedural questions for front line team members under supervision.
  • Ensure all employees follow uniform policy and grooming guidelines.
  • Provide coaching with team members as needed.
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, complaints, comments and directions.
  • Make necessary notifications of any service issues.
  • Complete incident reports for damage, theft or personal injury claims; includes workers compensation.

Principal Job Duties
  • Complete daily shift logs, end of day shift reports, and provide relevant reports to team members as instructed.
  • Ensure Cashier reports are completed adequately.
  • Check schedule for call-offs and make any changes to provide proper coverage.
  • Ensure change is provided and properly documented.
  • Respond to equipment concerns.
  • Oversee operations at Lots: A, B, C, D, E, and terminals.
  • Identify and report any safety concerns immediately.
  • Assist with facility projects. (maintenance, safety, aesthetic, etc.)
  • Answer procedural questions for front line team members under your supervision.
  • Ensure all employees are following the company uniform policy and grooming guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of all procedural changes and memos.
  • Provide coaching with team members as needed.
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, complaints, comments and directions.
  • Make necessary notifications of any service issues.
  • Complete incident reports as needed to document damage, theft or personal injury claims. This includes accident reports and workers compensation claims as well.
  • Knowledge and ability to perform shuttle driving in an emergency.
  • Look for damage or other problems in or around the facility and take appropriate action.
  • Fill out daily location inspections, shift reporting and facility maintenance requests when needed.
  • Email upper management on any concerns or problems encountered during shift.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education
  • Some college preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of one year supervisory/management experience at the next lower level is preferred.
