Cal Coast Credit Union in San Diego County is seeking a Floater Service Representative to provide member-focused service across multiple branch locations. You will process transactions, manage accounts and promote financial products to members.

The role requires strong cash handling, sales skills and flexibility to travel between branches. A high school diploma is preferred and Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration is required or in process.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
• 1 year of previous sales, member service, and cash handling experience for Floater I.
• 2 years experience in a financial institution or related field for Floater II; sales/service proven.
• 3 years experience in a financial institution for Floater III; sales/service proven.

Mansioni

• Process member transactions and/or new accounts or loans accurately and timely.
• Greet members with a friendly, outgoing and positive demeanor.
• Refer members to appropriate staff for sales opportunities and/or cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Adhere to cash, key and dual control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to security and robbery procedures.
• May serve as a back-up to Personal Financial Assistant and assist with branch balancing and related tasks.
