This positions will cover general cleaning tasks and floor technician tasks!

Major Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks including, but not limited to: Sweeping/mopping floors, buffing floors, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and replenishing supplies.
• Ensure that all work performed is in accordance with customer’s and company expectations.
• Complete required reports including communicating work completed, hours used and information needed for billing.
• Attend training class involving project and special service work.
• Travel throughout the Charlotte metro area in a company provided vehicle assisting with cleaning multiple sites as needed.
• Ensure that equipment and vehicles are maintained in a clean, operable condition.
• Stay up to date on all new technologies and procedures pertaining to special services.
• Order and maintain adequate levels of necessary supplies and materials.
• Perform such other duties as assigned by your manager.
