STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to float among Sumner County clinics, delivering high-quality evaluations and individualized care. You will collaborate with a team to maintain clinical excellence and support patient outcomes in a dynamic, community-focused practice.

The role includes mentorship opportunities, continuing education tracks, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional growth and personal well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, databases, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations assessing ROM, strength, balance, and ADL independence.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain records and prepare reports per facility procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.
• Supervise assistants and related staff in patient care.
• Adhere to state regulations and APTA code of ethics.
• Contribute to program development and ongoing education.
• Participate in outreach community events.
• Float between Sumner County clinics.
