Anza Management is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for apartments in Valley/Van Nuys, CA. This floater role covers several properties within a one-mile radius, with weekend availability. A minimum of 1 year in a similar role is preferred, and a background/physical/drug screen will be conducted.

Must be eligible to work in the United States. Role involves basic maintenance, plumbing, electrical tasks, and safety compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical installations and repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests for plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting.
• Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork.
• Paint interiors of apartment buildings and address safety issues.
• Document repairs and duties performed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical processes.
• Alert authorities of malfunctions in the building.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly.
