Anza Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician (floater) to support multiple apartment properties in the Valley area of Los Angeles, CA. The role involves basic maintenance, plumbing, electrical tasks, and on-site repairs as needed across several buildings.

Qualifications include a preferred minimum of 1 year in a similar role, flexibility with hours, and the ability to pass background/physical/drug screening. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Days/Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability is needed.
• This is a floater position and will be covering several properties where needed, within the same mile radius.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screen.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge of installations and repairs in plumbing and electrical issues
• Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting
• Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork
• Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues
• Document repairs and performed duties
• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
• Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
• Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner
