Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Floater Branch Service Manager to coordinate day-to-day branch operations and support the Branch Experience Manager's vision. The role covers multiple counties including Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake and Napa with occasional support in Marin or SF.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, branch operations expertise, and the ability to coach staff, schedule coverage, and cross-sell RCU products to meet branch goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day branch operations to meet Members’ needs.
• Schedule adequate staff to ensure superior service.
• Balance cash and reconcile daily.
• Open new accounts and process loan applications.
• Provide excellent service and support to Members and staff.
• Coach and develop branch personnel.
