Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Manawa, WI is seeking a Floater for the 1st Shift to support the Production team and drive key improvement initiatives on the plant floor. This full-time role pays $23.33 per hour and features varied schedules designed to cover production needs across the week.

You will handle material handling, basic packaging, cleaning, changeovers, and paperwork, while following documented processes and communicating clearly with teammates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
• Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork

Responsibilities

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
• Manually packaging finished goods
• Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
• Completing paperwork and quality checks
• This role is primarily Downtown Monday - Thursday offering break relief and then OMC on Fridays for deep cleans
• Employee will work Handpack when needed

About the Role

The Floater role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
• Manually packaging finished goods
• Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers

This full-time role pays $23.33 per hour. Schedules vary based on business need and include:

• Mon-Thurs, 5a-3p
• Tues-Fri, 5a-3p
• Mon-Fri, 6a-2p
