Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Line Worker for 2nd shift at the Manawa, WI site. The role supports the production team, performing material handling, line setup, and paperwork tasks in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Hours are 2:00pm-10:00pm or 3:00pm-1:00am, Monday- Friday (or similar) with competitive pay and shift differential. Prior production experience and ability to document production information are valued features.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors.
• Manually packaging finished goods.
• Setting up and adjusting line equipment.

Job Description:

About the Role: The Line Worker role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors Manually packaging finished goods Setting up and adjusting line equipment Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers Completing paperwork and quality checks This full-time role pays $22.19/hour, plus a $0.55 shift differential on 2nd shift in Handpack and Downtown. Hours vary between 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday - Friday or 3:00pm-1:00am, Monday - Thursday depending on which building you're working in.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have: Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork
