  • Keep production areas and pallets neatly organized.

Job Description
Responsibilities
  • All personnel must understand and practice Life Saving Behaviors and Safety policies. That pertains to the responsibilities of the position.
  • Understands and follows the company requirements for SQF standards.
  • Responsible to monitor the online schedule for scheduled jobs.
  • Floaters are responsible for assisting the Pallet Mover person in product and supply in and out transfer when needed.
  • Floaters will be responsible for running all travelers and labels for their shift.
  • Assist Line Inspectors for special instruction i.e. packaging, special labels.
  • Monitoring schedule for special instructions, i.e. packaging, special labels.
  • Coordinating breaks and production floor operations with Group Leaders.
  • Assist in the training for all new personnel.
  • Facilitate mold personnel and assist in any duties that are required to keep the mold production.
  • Keep all production supplied neatly stacked, i.e. pallets, liners, bags and tape in a designated area.
  • Assist in general housekeeping responsibilities and empty the scrap barrels into the designated scrap bins.
  • Floater personnel will be responsible for reviewing all daily production paperwork for completion compliance, if the paperwork is not completed, they are to return the paperwork to personnel responsible for documenting production tasks.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experienced Line Inspector
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-ne and small group situations to employees of the organization.
