Job summary

ServiceMaster by Request is seeking Cleaning floaters in Illinois, with an starting pay of $18 per hour. You will perform cleaning tasks across facilities using the company products and procedures, including floor scrubber operations.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to pass a background check, valid PA driver’s license, and strong flexibility with shift schedules. This role supports accounts and requires reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be alert, neat and able to read, write and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have a valid PA driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Flexibility with work schedule and availability for on-call work.
• Must report to office to obtain spare keys and return them nightly.
• Fill in for current service partners in various accounts.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties using provided Service Master products, tools and procedures including floor scrubber.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, remove trash, clean restrooms, and dust/sanitize surfaces.
• Order supplies and equipment for the site.
• Use PPE where required.

Job responsibilities
