Job summary

ServiceMaster by Request is hiring Cleaning floaters in the United States. The role involves performing cleaning duties across facilities, including floor care, restroom cleaning, and general sanitation using company products and PPE.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to pass a background check, valid driver’s license with a clean record, flexibility with schedules, and on-call availability. We offer paid training, uniforms, advancement opportunities, and a company car.

Qualifications

• 1) Should be alert, intelligent, and neat.
• 2) High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate
• 3) Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• 4) Must have valid PA driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
• 5) Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• 6) Must have maximum flexibility with work schedule and be on-call.
• 7) Must report to office to get spare keys for filling in at accounts; keys signed out and returned nightly.
• 8) Fill in for current service partners in accounts for various reasons.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided Service Master products, tools and procedures, including floor scrubber.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, spot cleaning windows and glass, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Ordering of supplies and equipment for your work site.
• Use proper PPE where required.
