Base pay range

$35,977.50/yr - $43,153.50/yr

Position Title: Floating Universal Banker
Department: Community Banking/Branch Administration
Level: 103
Function

Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Floating Universal Banker provides banking products and services at various locations, engaging with customers, opening accounts, assisting with transactions, and promoting bank products. The role may include supervisory responsibilities depending on branch needs.

Responsibilities
Relationship Development and Service
  • Adhere to Customer Centric service standards.
  • Present a professional, friendly, and helpful appearance.
  • Engage effectively with customer inquiries and process transactions accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues using problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Develop relationships and refer customers to appropriate bank services.
  • Use Salesforce and Solutions to track tasks and referrals.
  • Educate customers on bank products and electronic services.
  • Promote Merchant Services and credit card products.
Operations
  • Maintain accuracy and organization in transactions.
  • Process documents and transactions promptly.
  • Handle various banking operations including bond redemptions, ATM maintenance, and safe deposit functions.
  • Adhere to bank policies regarding security and operations.
Additional Duties
  • Participate as a team player and attend required trainings.
  • Participate in community events and bank campaigns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience

High school diploma or some college preferred. Minimum 4 months sales/customer service experience. Banking and cash handling experience required. Must maintain NMLS registration. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Physical/Work Conditions

Must perform essential functions, including sitting, talking, hearing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and possibly working evenings/weekends. Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
