Job summary

MedQuest Imaging in Matthews/Charlotte, NC is hiring a Float Ultrasound Tech for full-time, 30-40 hours weekly. You’ll perform diagnostic ultrasound exams across outpatient imaging locations, collaborating with radiologists and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and patient care.

The requirements include graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, ARDMS certification in at least three modalities, and an applicable state license where required.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• ARDMS certification in at least three modalities (e.g., OB/GYN, Abdomen, Vascular)
• Applicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications:

• ARDMS certification (or eligibility) in vascular (RVT) ultrasound preferred
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
