Job summary

Mindpath Health in San Diego is seeking a Float Interventional Psychiatry Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine treatments in a patient-centered clinical setting. You will assist physicians, administer treatments per protocols, monitor responses, and document care in the EHR.

This full-time onsite role requires 1+ year of direct patient care, BLS, and EMR familiarity; TMS certification provided if needed. Join a team committed to accessible, compassionate mental health care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct patient care in healthcare.
• Experience with patients experiencing anxiety and depression.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Life Sciences, Psychological Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care for TMS and esketamine treatments.
• Administer TMS and assist with esketamine per physician protocols.
• Prepare and maintain treatment equipment and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Monitor patient responses, obtain vital signs, and report concerns promptly.
• Document sessions in the EHR and administer psychiatric rating scales.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and ongoing care.
