Our Float Tellers travel to all locations, including Hastings, Lake Odessa, Grand Rapids, Ada, Mulliken, Westphalia, and Dimondale.
The Teller I position is responsible for providing a best-in-class customer experience regarding daily transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution, in accordance with Union Bank policies. Responsibilities range from basic to moderate complexity. Teller I will refer customers for additional products/services and is responsible for risk management by adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring a positive customer experience.
