Seamen’s Bank in Massachusetts seeks a customer-focused teller to process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash handling. This in-office position supports branches with daily customer service and promotes Seamen’s Bank products and services.

We are continuously seeking outgoing and customer-service-minded people to join our team. Our branches have evolving needs for tellers, head tellers, and customer service representatives. Starting as a teller provides an ideal foundation and a gateway into back-end operations and lending. This is an in-office position.
Play a vital role as the face of the Bank, promoting products and services and assisting customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances.
Because Seamen’s Bank remains a relatively small Community Bank, it is expected that all employees will contribute above and beyond the duties that are listed in any job description or posting. In addition to the duties listed, employees are expected to perform any function necessary within the scope of expertise and authority to provide the highest level of customer service and to increase the productivity of the Bank. It is expected that all employees will continually strive to improve, especially in regard to security and compliance procedures.
