Blaze Credit Union is hiring a Float Teller for the Minneapolis South branch. This full-time role may require assisting at other metro branches as needed. The position includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid over one year) and a $5,500 sign-on bonus for Fiserv DNA experience, paid over two years.

You will engage with members, process transactions accurately, educate on Blaze services, and contribute to a collaborative team environment with a focus on member satisfaction and core values.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year cash handling experience.
• Previous financial service experience a plus.

Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Teller at our Minneapolis South branch. As a Float Teller, you may be asked to step in and assist at other branches which includes all of our metro branches. Blaze is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign‑on bonus, paid over one year. Candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for a $5,500 sign‑on bonus, paid over two years.

Your Schedule:

• This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

The salary range for this position is: $21.00 -$23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low‑cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
