Job summary

The Goddard School is seeking Float Staff (Teacher / Assistant Teacher / Aide) to support classrooms across ages 6 weeks through 6 years. Full-Time or Part-Time options available, with on-site leadership support daily.

The role involves delivering engaging lessons, supporting each child's needs, communicating with families, and fostering a caring, developmentally appropriate classroom. Teamwork and ongoing training are essential components.

Qualifications

• We are hiring at all levels: Teacher: AA/CDA + 2 years experience OR Bachelor's in ECE (or related) + 1 year experience
• Assistant Teacher: 12 ECE credits or Bachelor's degree; experience preferred
• Aide: High school diploma/GED; experience preferred; Must be 18+ years old.

Our Resource (Float) Teachers support all classrooms by covering lunch breaks, vacations, and assisting across age groups. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork.

Our owner and leadership team are on-site daily from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM to support our faculty.
