Job summary

The Goddard School is seeking an experienced Resource Teacher to float between classrooms, guiding hands-on activities and supporting children across ages from infants to school age. You will document milestones and maintain a safe, clean classroom while collaborating with staff and families.

Candidates should meet basic state and company requirements, with a high school diploma or GED and, ideally, early childhood coursework or CDA.

• Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.

The Goddard School, an early childhood education center, is currently seeking an experienced, qualified, caring, and energetic Resource Teacher. The Goddard School is much more than a day care. We provide care and education for infants, toddlers, preschool, pre-kindergarten, and school age children.

Our Resource Teachers are sometimes called ‘floaters’ because that’s what they do – they regularly ‘float’ between classrooms. Resource Teachers are very important to our school and support all the various ages and classrooms.

As a Resource Teacher, you will

Requirements

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
