Job summary

The Goddard School - Corporate is seeking Float Staff to support classrooms for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. You will cover lunch breaks, vacations, and assist across age groups, thriving in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options with on-site support from leadership. You will implement engaging lesson plans, support individual needs, communicate with families, and help create nurturing, developmentally appropriate environments that

Qualifications

• AA/CDA + 2 years experience or Bachelor’s in ECE (or related) + 1 year experience.
• Bachelor’s in ECE (or related) with 1 year experience preferred.
• 12 ECE credits or Bachelor’s degree; experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; experience preferred.

Full-Time or Part-Time Available | Ages 6 Weeks-6 Years

Our Resource (Float) Teachers support all classrooms by covering lunch breaks, vacations, and assisting across age groups. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork.

Our owner and leadership team are on-site daily from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM to support our faculty.

Qualifications:

We are hiring at all levels:

Teacher: AA/CDA + 2 years experience OR Bachelor's in ECE (or related) + 1 year experience
Assistant Teacher: 12 ECE credits or Bachelor's degree; experience preferred
Aide: High school diploma/GED; experience preferred
Must be 18+ years old.
