Job summary

Metro Vein Centers is a rapidly growing healthcare practice specializing in vein treatments. A Float Vascular Ultrasound Technologist role supports multiple clinics within a market, with a consistent Monday–Friday outpatient schedule and no overnights.

RVTs provide high-quality ultrasound care across locations, ensuring accurate diagnoses and patient-focused service. The position requires active RVT/ARRT certification and at least one year of ultrasound scanning experience, along with

Qualifications

• Active RVT (ARDMS), RVS (CCI), or ARRT certification required.
• Minimum of one year hands-on ultrasound scanning experience.
• Completion of an accredited allied health or vascular ultrasound program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality lower extremity venous duplex ultrasound evaluations.
• Maintain scanning protocols and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Communicate preliminary findings to physicians accurately.
• Document findings and patient information in the EMR system.
• Travel between clinics within the assigned market as needed.
• Support clinic coverage with high-quality patient care standards.
