The role requires Maryland RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications as appropriate, and 1–3 years of experience in critical care, telemetry, or emergency settings. You will support staffing needs and contribute to high-quality, safe care within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Maryland Registered Nurse License.
• 1-3 years experience.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• ACLS & PALS Required - ED.
• BLS & ACLS Required - Critical Care/Telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care under unit manager.
• Assess, plan, and implement age-appropriate care per shift.
• Supervise staff and ensure safe nursing practice.
• Support CNO with resource management and patient care quality.
