Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced RN Float to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospital units in a Level II Trauma Center. You will assess patients, plan care, administer medications, and respond to changing conditions.

You will rotate through med-surg, ICU, ED, telemetry and step-down units, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective outcomes. This role emphasizes safety, infection control, and patient education.

Responsibilities
