Black Women's Mental Health Institute seeks a PRN Clinical Nurse Float to support inpatient units across the hospital, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

In this role, you will float throughout various inpatient units (excluding ER and ICU), collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will promote patient safety, education, and regulatory compliance while developing individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
