Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process across units including Day Unit, Recovery Care, PACU, and Eye Center Day Unit. The role requires collaboration with physicians and adherence to standards.

The position is Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts, with potential to move to longer shifts; no weekends or major holidays. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Cares for patients across prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up within the assigned clinical setting.
