• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of California.
• BLS CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association).
• PALS certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Assessment: Collects patient data based on diagnosis, age and developmental stage; analyzes data.
• Planning: Develops and prioritizes individualized care with goals; coordinates with other disciplines.
• Intervention: Implements care plans within time frames; coordinates discharge steps or referrals.
• Evaluation: Monitors and adjusts the plan based on patient response.
• Clinical Skills: Demonstrates psychomotor skills and responds to emergencies.
• Leadership: Directs care team and staffing based on patient acuity and needs.
