Firelands Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN Float for The Bellevue Hospital in Bellevue, OH. This full-time, on-site role requires an active Ohio RN license and CPR certification.

ACLS and Basic EKG must be obtained within 6 months of hire, with strong patient care and documentation skills essential for high-quality nursing practice. You will work across the care team in a fast-paced environment, engaging patients and families, and ensuring adherence to standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Ohio RN license and CPR.
• ACLS and Basic EKG required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency in documentation and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Implements nursing process with patients per physician orders and Firelands standards.
• Performs assessments, monitors and documents care plans and reports to physicians.
• Instructs patients and families on treatments and discharge plans.
• Responds to emergencies and maintains medication and supply readiness.
• Demonstrates service excellence and advocates for FRMC.
