American Senior Communities is seeking a Float RN for the Ft. Wayne area within the Clinical Resource Group (CRG). The role covers multiple facilities with a flexible schedule, offering the opportunity to work across locations and gain diverse experience.

In this CRG float pool, you’ll earn $46 per hour with the option for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts. Travel within roughly 50 miles is expected, and benefits include PayActive, health coverage options, and a 401(k).

• Minimum of 2+ years of long-term care (LTC) nursing home experience.
