American Senior Communities is seeking a Float LPN to support our Clinical Resource Group (CRG) across multiple facilities in the Ft. Wayne area. You will provide consistent resident care while traveling between sites, with a flexible schedule to meet patient and facility needs.

The role offers full-time/part-time/PRN options and a pathway to build diverse experience within Indiana’s LTC network. Eligible LPNs must be licensed in Indiana and able to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Indiana.
• Minimum 2+ years of LTC Nursing Home experience.
• Willingness to travel locally (~50 miles).
