Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care across Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, Advanced Care and ICU units. The RN will perform initial assessments, develop and modify care plans, and implement nursing interventions with accurate documentation.

Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, precepting staff, and promoting safety are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma required.
• 2 years inpatient hospital experience.
• Active RN license in Illinois.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, Advanced Care and ICUs.
• Perform initial assessments, develop and modify care plans, and implement nursing interventions with documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide feedback, and precept staff.
• Ensure patient and staff safety; report hazards and promote professional growth.
