Job summary

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support outpatient orthopedic clinics across Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, including Camarillo. The float role offers flexibility with per diem scheduling and collaboration with experienced clinicians to help patients achieve rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, assisting with documentation, and coordinating care with PTs.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatments.
• Follow individualized care plans and assist with documentation.
• Collaborate with PTs and clinic staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support multiple Spine & Sport clinics as needed.
