Job summary

ScaleinAfrica is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to float across Orange County clinics, primarily Costa Mesa, Irvine and Long Beach, with occasional coverage in Santa Ana and Stanton. The role involves one-on-one patient care for the first 30 minutes, followed by an aide completing the session; total visit about one hour.

The position is salaried with flexible hours between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license required.
• Recent manual therapy experience preferred over total years.
• Comfortable with EMR systems and AI-assisted documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one manual therapy for the first 30 minutes of each visit.
• Coordinate with a clinical aide to complete the session; total visit ~1 hour.
• Float across Orange County clinics (Costa Mesa, Irvine, Long Beach) with some coverage in Santa Ana and Stanton.
• Stay flexible with schedule; on days without coverage, be based at a primary location to see overflow patients.
