Job summary

PRN Physical Therapy / Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in the San Diego market seeks a Float Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. This per diem/part-time role offers competitive pay and incentives within a supportive, therapist-focused team environment.

As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapies, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team while advancing your clinical skills with advanced onboarding

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
