Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network, LLC. is seeking a full-time Float Physical Therapist to support our Eastlake (Chula Vista) and Bonita clinics, with occasional coverage at nearby South Bay San Diego locations.

You will provide exceptional outpatient orthopedic care across multiple clinics and collaborate with a high-performing clinical team. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized plans, and guide patients through rehabilitation to restore mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification or equivalent.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
