Select Physical Therapy in Chula Vista is seeking a compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The role offers mentorship for new grads and flexible hours, in a clinic that emphasizes community connection and patient-centered care.

Compensation ranges from $50-$60/hour based on experience, with incentives like NPTE prep courses and a nationwide support network. Clinic operates Mon-Fri with no weekends, and a 401(k) plan is available after meeting hours thresholds.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients and document progress.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Provide 1:1 mentorship to new grads where available.
