ServiceMaster Commercial Services is seeking a Janitorial Team Member - Float Position in Mountain Iron, MN. The role involves cleaning duties across facilities, flexible hours, and a requirement for a personal vehicle with gas compensation.

The position offers 20–40 hours per week, with potential for September month availability. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with opportunities for raises and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle; gas will be compensated.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle cleaning tasks independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly; follow safety guidelines.
