ServiceMaster Commercial Services is seeking a Janitorial Team Member - Float Position in Mountain Iron, MN. Starting at $18 per hour with a flexible schedule and a gas reimbursement for using your own vehicle.

This role offers 20–40 hours per week, with opportunities for annual raises and bonuses. You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle; gas will be compensated for.
• Ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle; gas will be compensated for.
