Job summary

St. John’s in Maplewood, MN is expanding its Float Pool and seeking Registered Nurses to join the growing team. You will float to a variety of units including Cardiac Telemetry, Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Oncology, and more, delivering comprehensive care across the hospital.

This 0.75 FTE position includes an additional $2/hour augmentation and opportunities for training in ER, ICU, and MCC after 6 months. The role emphasises patient-first care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support through Health Care Providers.
• RN license is required; nursing degree required.
• New graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and coordinate care across units.
• Float to Cardiac Telemetry, Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Oncology, and more.
• Utilize telemetry, IV therapies, and postoperative/medical-surgical care as assigned.
• Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes per nursing standards.
