Job summary

Frankfort Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Float Pool PRN opening. You will perform direct patient care within the RN scope, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure quality, compassionate care across units.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse from accredited school of nursing.
• Current Licensure with Tennessee Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• 2 years hospital nursing experience required.
• ICU RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans and evaluate patients' care needs and carry out physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, monitor vital signs.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition using computerized documentation systems.
• Instruct and educate patients and families as part of a Multidisciplinary Care Planning team.
