Mercy in Festus, MO is seeking aRegistered Nurse for the Float Pool with a 36-hour week on the night shift. The role offers a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for Graduates and $13,000 for Experienced Nurses, with ongoing opportunities to develop clinical assessment and teamwork skills.

Float Pool includes working across ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, and Med-Surg units, demanding compassionate, flexible professionals who collaborate closely with the care team.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification by the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on the Nursing Process and professional standards.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
