Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Patient-and Family-Centered Practice knowledge of care planning with patients and families.
• Cultural Awareness for diverse backgrounds and respectful care.
• Effective communication concepts and appropriate delegation to team.
• Patient Assessment and Care knowledge and planning.
• Medication Administration and Prescription knowledge.
• Discharge Planning and follow-up coordination.
• Assessment and Diagnosis knowledge and clinical judgment.
• Health Information documentation in written/electronic form.
• BLS certification and PA/NJ RN licenses.

Responsibilities
