Job summary

Jefferson Health's Albert Einstein Medical Center in East Norriton, PA seeks a dedicated RN to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will partner with patients and families, coordinate education, and ensure safe discharge planning in a diverse setting.

Active PA/NJ RN licenses and BLS are required; a BSN or progress toward BSN is strongly preferred, with 1 year of acute care experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in PA and/or NJ required or eligible.
• BSN degree strongly preferred; 1 year acute care experience preferred.
• Proficient in patient-centered care, education, and discharge planning.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and safety practices.

Responsibilities
