Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and care planning.
• Understanding of diverse populations and respectful collaboration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and teams.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and discharge needs.
• Familiarity with medication administration and documentation.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
