Fairview Health Services seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for its Float Pool at M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN. This role involves supporting multiple units with a wide range of patient populations, delivering patient- and family-centered care in a dynamic environment.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure compliance with practice guidelines and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• MN RN licensure by start date.
• BLS for health care providers required.
• Telemetry competency within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and identify expected nursing outcomes.
• Collaborate with patient, family and health team to develop a plan of care.
• Develop individualized plans based on age and condition.
• Evaluate care and patient response to interventions.
• Communicate effectively with patient, family and health team across settings.
• Advance care using evidence-based practice and care pathways.
