Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Utah (or compact)
• BLS certification for healthcare providers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• RNs with less than 12 months of RN experience must obtain a BSN within 5 years of start date
• BSN from an accredited program preferred
• Experience in acute/critical care or women’s services a plus
• Certifications (ACLS, NRP, CCRN) beneficial

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care across departments including Women’s Services, Labor & Delivery, Acute Care, and Intensive Care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe, patient-centered care
• Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and unit needs
• Cross-train across multiple specialties with potential for additional incentives
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation to support outcomes and communication
